This week we announced a big mile-marker for Marchex – our further integration into the Spanish-English advertiser market.
Why EntraLeads and why now? A few reasons: Latino-run small businesses in the U.S. are largely underserved when it comes to customized digital advertising solutions. Which is surprising when you consider that Hispanics in the U.S. are one of today’s the most “engaged and dynamic populations in the digital space,” according to a study last April by Nielsen.
U.S. Latinos, being the active, tech-savvy consumers that they are, need to be marketed to where they spend most of their time – which is online and on mobile devices.
The EntraLeads product helps Entravision accomplish this through its suite of customized offerings.
We believe that Marchex’s expertise in building and managing performance-driven ad campaigns for local businesses – combined with Entravision’s strong ties to U.S. Latino consumers and businesses – is a winning formula.
It was clear from the very first discussions we had with Entravision that they shared our vision for offering a digital advertising solution focused on performance. They, too, wanted to drive phone call-based leads as the outcome from their marketing campaigns.
This partnership is still in its first year, but we’re excited by the early results in terms of the volume of sales and account performance.
